Made from solid white oak, the Foghat Cocktail Smoker fits on top of the Foghat smoking cloche or just about any rocks glass or snifter. Pile your meat, cheese, and fruits on the included charcuterie board, and then place the glass cloche over top of it. Insert the smoker into the opening on the top of the cloche, fill it with the smoking fuel (wood chips), and then set the mesh on top.
